"After months of separation, God brought my husband home. Last Saturday we renewed our vows at our church. We stood together, holding hands in prayer and thanking God for healing and restoring our marriage. He has changed us both. God gets all the praise and glory." (North Dakota)
"Please praise God with me. My husband told me that he will be moving home in two weeks. We have been separated for a little over a year and struggling before that. God has dramatically changedhis thinking and softened his heart. From the day I began praying scriptures for him, I could see that God was making a difference. Please continue to keep us in your prayers as we work on restoration. We both need more healing, but God is so good, I know itwill come. Thank you, thank you for your ministry. God led me to your web site at a very low point in my stand (I didn't even have aname for my conviction until then). Your tapes and daily e-mail messages have helped immensely. God bless you."
HER STORY: "I was looking for happiness that I didn't have at home, therefore I left my husband and divorced him. My husband was standing for our marriage restoration the whole time we were apart. When I asked him to marry me again, we both knew the marriage restoration road would be hard, but we are determined this time to allow our Lord Jesus Christ to lead us every step of the way. Philippians 4:6,7,& 13 gives me hope and assurance that God is in control."
HIS STORY: "Four years ago, my wife of nearly 30 years left. Shortly thereafter, the Lord God promised me He would heal and restore my marriage and family. On June 17, 2006, in front of our children and grandchildren, I married her again. A month ago I thanked her for divorcing me because it brought me closer to the Lord. Satan has stepped up his attacks since we remarried, but we are both determined to stand for our marriage." (Virginia)
(From a stander whose testimony of a restored marriage was taped for distribution.) "When I received the tape this month I was so taken. All these years looking forward to the tapes you end, and then to see our names with 'Restored Marriage' printed on the tapes and CD’s was almost too much to take in for me. All those years, filled with so many tears and heartache. God probably wanted to shout at me, 'Dry your tears, I’m coming through for you,' but then my faith wouldn’t have grown so much." "After almost a year of separation and divorce papers being filed, my spouse has returned home. To God be the glory. Nothing is impossible with Him." (Arkansas)
"There was no love or respect between me and my husband. He moved out in anger. I started standing many months ago, praying for him and loving him unconditionally. This week my husband moved everything back home and we are working on restoring our marriage, but with a new light in it thanks to God and His grace." (Maryland)
"Praise the Lord, my prodigal has come home. It was just like Charlyne said it would be; unexpectedly." (Florida)
"Praise God! My husband came home last night. The Lord has been orchestrating his return to Him for the past two weeks. Confessions have been made, hearts have been broken, and fear is being fought. His return to Christ surprised him and his return home frightens him. It is not a homecoming of banners and whistles but of silent prayers, gentle steps, and the knowledge that the battle continues. Pray that his return will not just be in body but emotionally and spiritually. Please teach standers to be prepared to accept a spouse who fights every moment to just stay in their home. The devil is trying even harder now to get him to leave again. But my Lord God has conquered and he has promised a returned spouse. Thank you for all your encouragement and prayers. I forever will be a stander for my marriage." (Oklahoma)
"God bless you. I need to share with you and all of those men and women who are waiting for the restoration of their marriages -- TRUST GOD and WAIT. My husband and I were at the brink of divorce. I had become depressed, desperate and was losing faith -- I even became suicidal--yes, how we sometimes open doors to satan and how fast he works to try to destroy us. However, one night at work, I was browsing through the Christian sites and found your site. I read and printed out the Standers Affirmation. Despite the fact that my husband kept telling me that he no longer loved me and to please come to terms with truth and reality and let go, I then decided to go unto my God and Savior and plea for the restoration of my marriage. He was having an affair and I felt in my heart that my marriage was over. He would humiliate me and tell me all sorts of hurting things. I in turn would tell him that I loved him and that I needed him. I then decided to keep silent and let God take over. As I prayed I told the Lord to help me accept the truth. I then confronted him and told him that even though I loved him and wanted my family and marriage to be restored but that I was going to let him go being that he felt he had found happiness and love. To my surprise he bowed his head and told me that he was not going to let his family go for anyone. I told him that I forgave him and that we needed to forget the past and start a new life. He agreed.

"My husband moved out months ago, leaving me and our children devastated. Praise the Lord, last week my husband announced that he was coming home. I continue to stand for full healing and restoration of our marriage. If God can bring him back this far, He can completely heal our marriage. I give thanks and praise to a great and awesome God." (Canada)
"My marriage has been restored after months of separation. Even though my husband became a daily part of our lives before Thanksgiving, he didn't want to come home until after Christmas. I didn't rush him but allowed the Lord to work on his heart and now he has moved back in and wants to become a member of my church. Praise the Lord." (New Jersey)
"My husband came home, thanks to many prayers. I, as well as others, had prayed for the Lord to send someone to speak with my husband and the Lord used several. One of my prayers has been for us to worship together again. When he returned to church with me, the front of the bulletin had a picture of a married couple with a scripture from Psalms." (Georgia)
"My prodigal spouse is home for Christmas after years in the far country. Praise to be God for this miracle. God is so wonderful and He does hear and answer prayers. Charlyne thank you for encouraging me to stand." (New Hampshire)
"We were divorced, but I asked my husband to come back and he did. It is a miracle that he is back and we are a family again. God isn't finished with us yet and I covet your prayers." (Georgia)
"I have a praise report. After 15 months of waiting and praying, my husband came home to a loving, changed woman. God worked on me mercifully and He is currently working on changes and healing in my husband. It is scary, confusing and unnerving at times because I don't know what to do or say, but I do know that the Lord is with me and drawing my husband nearer to Him. We are learning to love each other again. Without your devotions I could not have made it!"
"I've been standing for the restoration of my marriage for years. Yesterday my husband who has been living in another state told me that he wants his family back. We have adult children and grandchildren and now, Praise God, my husband misses and wants his family back! To God Be the Glory for all the great things that only He could have done." (Alabama)

"After years of standing and my husband coming back many times, I believe this time it is for real. I believe and will never give up because my Redeemer lives." (Georgia)
"Nine months before our 25th anniversary, my husband demanded a divorce. I thought my life was over. God intervened after my constant cries of defeat and regret. I called and asked him to the movies and when he saw me, that was the turning point. God spoke to him and told him that it had been a mistake. Five months after that turning point, we were remarried in St. Thomas. There is always hope, no matter what. God is the hope. We give Him all the glory, honor and praise." (Ohio)
"I thank God for blessing in my home. After leaving home saying he wanted a divorce, my husband physically came home this year, but mentally was still in the far land. It has not been easy, but after much prayer and fasting, God has performed a miracle in my home. By Thanksgiving my husband was excited about spending Thanksgiving with me, our children and my family. I give all praise to God for restoring our marriage. Every day is better than the day before." (Kentucky)
"Two weeks ago my husband came home. I have been standing for my marriage for five years. He said he did not want to live like he had been living any more. He wanted to be a family again with me and our children. The Word works! Keep believing." (Louisiana)
"Last Sunday my husband came home. He said that he missed us and wanted to come home, if I wanted him to. I told him that he was missed and we wanted him home. I praise God that I was home when he came, because I was supposed to be out of town. Thank you for your ministry which helped me greatly with my stand." (Arizona)
"I would like to give God the Glory for restoring my marriage. My husband has been home for many months. At one point, it looked like he was on his way out again, but God is faithful. When He gives us a promise, we can count on it. It has been a long and painful journey, but I would not have it any other way. The relationship I share with the Lord was worth it all. I know that there is still a lot of work to be done, but God is in control." (New Jersey)
