"Sunday was my wedding anniversary. I have been dreading today since my husband and I are separated. This past week I've asked God for a sign or word about my marriage restoration. Today in church, the pastor preached about the Prodigal Son, praise the Lord. Today I got my sign and I know my marriage will be restored and rebuilt." (Maryland)
"While driving, I asked God to give me a song on the radio to tell me if my husband would come home. Shortly after, a song came on saying, 'Don't give up on your faith, Love comes to those who believe it, and that's the way it is.' On the way home, I heard, 'Listen to your heart before you say good bye.' I know it is just a matter of time." (New York)
"I thank God for paying my bills every month. I had no idea how I was going to pay the bills, but I cried out to the Lord, and he rescued me. Thank You Lord." (New York)
“Wednesday morning I woke up to two inches of snow that had fallen during the night. As I was leaving for work and opened up the garage to get into my car, I saw that there was no snow on my driveway or sidewalk, except for a little by the side I don't use. I looked at the neighbors’ drive and they were all snow covered. My heart smiled as I knew that the Hand of God kept the snow off of my sidewalk and drive. The Lord is my husband during this season of my life and takes care of me.” (Ohio)
"Praise the Lord, my husband wants to work out our problems and start over with a brand new marriage for us. God has stayed with me and has been faithful to me, even when I was not sure I could stand the pain much more. God was always there to comfort me." (Missouri)
"I was blessed this summer to take vacations and see Covenant Transport trucks. On the way home, on the opposite side of the freeway out of nowhere, I recognize a Rejoice billboard and a rainbow behind it. I cannot wait to see my spouse to come walking up the sidewalk into my arms. Praise Jesus." (Texas)
"I am so grateful to God. Through rare communication from my prodigal last week, I finally have a glimmer at the end of the tunnel to add to my hope and faith. I had asked for a glimpse and God provided. He has given me greater understanding, strength and a renewed vision. Praise the Lord." (Texas)
"I attended the family reunion and 100th birthday celebration of my grandmother, for whom I'm named. How happy I was to see my family members deeply rooted in Christ. I testified to many of my relatives about the importance of family and keeping them together. Praise Jesus." (Washington, D.C.)
"Years ago our daughter accused her father of awful things. She moved in with family and they haven't spoken since. Both needed to forgive, but neither budged until Father’s Day. She called to wish him Happy Father’s Day and they talked for several minutes. They have a long way to go, but the healing has begun." (Georgia)
"I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten—the great locust and the young locust, the other locusts and the locust swarm—my great army that I sent among you. You will have plenty to eat, until you are full, and you will praise the name of the LORD your God, who has worked wonders for you; never again will my people be shamed." Joel 2:25-26
"My wife's attorney was ready for the custody and support hearing today, but changed her mind at 4:45PM last night! I was also able to witness to the attorney about my stand and position on the divorce. She was pleased and amazed that a husband who did not want a divorce was going to be so easy to work with! God is working in me. This would not have been true even six months ago!" (California)
“After months of separation my husband told me that it is over with the other woman. He said he was sorry for what he did to me and our children. He has recommitted his life to Christ and he knows that he was totally blinded by Satan. I know that with God all things are possible. Praise God for this ministry. I would have given up a long time ago. Thank you so much for your encouraging emails, messages, and books.” (Maryland)
“Six years ago my husband decided he didn't love me anymore and moved out. Since that time we have had very little contact. In just the last couple of weeks, I have seen God move in a big way. My husband came over to spend Father's Day with the kids, and he hasn't been willing to do that for all this time. I'm praising God that he even apologized to them for hurting them with the divorce. I was especially blessed that God gave me the perfect opening to tell him that I still love him. What resulted was an hour-long conversation. The hard edge was gone from him voice and he didn't respond negatively when I said I loved him. I am so thankful that I have stood firm for all these years and am so hopeful today! Thank you for your support through the last few years and for your faithfulness in turning me back to the Lord when I was weary.” (California)
"My children and I prayed for God to soften Daddy's heart so that he would allow them to attend an event. Just hours before they were supposed to go with Dad, he called me, after not calling for months. He told me to keep the children. This allowed me to take them to their event and they learned a wonderful lesson on the power of prayer. I praise God that He answered that prayer so mightily and faithfully." (Canada)
“I thank God for His faithfulness. I recently had surgery. When I got home from the hospital, my husband a dropped off a beautiful basket of flowers. He has called me at least twice a day since my surgery and has stopped by to see me. Satan wanted me to believe that my husband didn't care and was gone for good. However, God has reminded me that He is behind the scenes working not only on me, but also on my husband.” (Maryland)
"A few months ago I signed divorce papers and mailed them to my husband's lawyer. Last week an envelope came in the mail with a sticker that said 'Return to sender. Moved left no address.' Not knowing what to do, a friend admonished me to stand still. I am now waiting on the Lord for instructions, but for now God has reminded me that He is fighting our battles. Praise the Lord." (New Jersey)
"Let me understand the teaching of your precepts; then I will meditate on your wonders." Psalm 119:27
"The Lord is working in my life and my marriage. Saturday night we went out for dinner and she told me it is now a pleasure being with me. She can see the change Jesus has made in me. He has given me a new heart of flesh for my heart of stone and unconditional love and forgiveness toward my wife. The journey began in January 2002 when she asked to separate. I totally fell apart and relied on the flesh, which led to hospitalization. Praise God, He will restore what the locust have eaten. He has brought me back to Him and is changing me every day. I am back in church serving in the usher ministry and faithfully attend on Sunday mornings and Thursday nights. Jesus is turning my wife's heart toward me and home. The divorce will be dismissed in October, because of inactivity on it." (New Jersey)
"My job took me out of town with a colleague I don't normally travel with. I knew he was married, but noticed he was not wearing his ring. As we sat down for dinner I asked him if there was trouble in his marriage. He explained he was separated and heading to a divorce hearing in April. I told him my wife had also left, but with my wedding ring on my finger, I shared my stand for a restored marriage. I told him it was no coincidence that he and I were sharing dinner together on Valentine's Day while couples all around us celebrated their love. This was a date ordained by God." (Indiana)
"What a mighty God we serve. My trailer is scheduled to be moved this next week. I was told that if it rained this week, mine wouldn't be moved until later. The forecast was rain and thunderstorms. Everyone who asked about my move was telling me about the coming rain. Yesterday clouds filled the sky and my prayers continually went up. God had those clouds moving past all day, with only a sprinkle here and there. I woke up today to wet ground, but no rain. God then sent a strong, warm wind to dry everything out. Tonight the skies are clear as a bell. God got me to pray without ceasing. I also prayed that if it did rain, I was thanking Him for the opportunity to wait patiently and learn more about His timetable." (Virginia)
"Our counseling session was today. The Lord’s peace was over us. My prodigal and I talked in the car park afterwards which has not been done in months. Then to top it all off, he gave me a hug and said 'Happy Valentine's Day.' To God be all the glory." (Australia)
“Praise God I am slowly learning how to walk by faith and trust and not by sight. This has been a tremendous miracle. It has not been easy and I know that there is still a long way ahead. God is with each one of us, and our children, and our prodigals. When we realize that God never leaves us, there is a peace and rest that is simply inexplicable.” (Hong Kong)
"I had called to ask (my husband) to borrow his truck to move things to my house. He offered to help me. When we got back, he took me by my hand and held me saying that he has wanted to hold me for a very long time. I told him that I loved him and he replied with the same. I know that God is listening to my prayers. Thank You Jesus." (Georgia)
"Ah, Sovereign Lord, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you...I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?" Jeremiah 32:17,27
"My husband and I have been separated for a year. I had filed for divorce, not seeing any hope. Then I started standing and believing God's promises and dropped the divorce. Satan moved in my spouse’s life and he then filed for divorce. Last week was our anniversary and my husband sent a dozen red roses. The card was thanking me for years of good times and unforgettable memories. He has not withdrawn the divorce but God is not finished." (Alabama)
Charlyne's New Year's Eve devotional encouraged us to pray for the Lord to speak in a supernatural way about our spouse, so I prayed. That morning, I saw my wife at church for the first time since Thanksgiving, only to be greeted by a cold indifferent stare and greeting. I left church devastated, saying to myself, 'That certainly wasn't supernatural.' Then on New Year's Day, I got a phone call from my wife apologizing for being so cold. We ended up talking for 50 minutes, her inviting me over to the house and my ultimately taking her out for dinner; supernatural enough for me! We are now fully committed to restoring our marriage in God's perfect timing. Praise the Lord and thank you, Bob and Charlyne." (New Jersey)
"My son's teacher called and told me she wanted to speak to me. When I got there she gave me $75 and said the Lord told her to bless me. I called my prodigal to share this, and he said the Lord told him a week earlier that if he gave his neighbor a ride to work for one week that God would touch someone’s heart to bless me. I received the money on the last day he gave his neighbor a ride. My husband said he will be moving back to my state in a few months. He said he will never stop loving me." (Georgia)
“Last night, I was invited to go eat with my husband and our children. I praised God for that. Afterward, I went to Wal Mart. I left my car keys on a shelf. I went back into the store and said a prayer under my breath, 'God, please help me find my keys.' The minute the words left my mouth a man appeared from around the corner and said, 'Are these yours?' It just confirmed to me that the Lord is watching over His children. He returned my keys and He will return my beloved husband.” (Arkansas)
"My prodigal called today and we talked for half an hour. God has done a miracle of restored communication. I am praying that He will bless us to be friends again." (Maryland)
"I have been separated from my husband for two years and standing for almost one year. I have experienced God's love and faithfulness many times. Money has been really tight, but the Lord always comes through right on time. I received a call to interview for a state job that I applied for nearly a year ago. I confess that I get tempted to doubt, but God has brought me too far to give up. I praise Him through all of the trials and triumphs. I know that my God hates divorce and He has shown me numerous times that I am not to divorce my husband as I was so intent on doing. I am working on myself instead of shifting the blame to my husband." (New Jersey)
“My husband and I went through a time when he was not at home. We had small children at the time and things didn’t look good in the natural at all. I stood on the Word of God, believing and trusting that He would heal, renew, and restore our marriage. It took a year before my husband came home, and even after that God had lots of work to do on the both of us. Now we have beautiful children and a restored marriage with such a Godly bond. Yes, we have to work at our marriage just like everyone, but we allow God to be in control and have authority, and blessings beyond our imagination have followed. Our last child is our little reward for obedience in standing in faith. Nothing is impossible with God. Our situation looked hopeless and came out shining God’s glory so bright.” (North Carolina)
"Thank the Lord for the work He is doing in me and my husband. Throughout this trial, God has been faithful to give me peace, faith and hope. When it didn't make sense to anyone else, God gave me scripture and friends to pray. It has been many months and last night my husband shared that he is thinking of moving back home and start working on healing our marriage." (Vermont)
"My wife returned five days ago after driving for 18 hours to reach our home. I will take the time to more fully share this wonderful miracle restoration when I am able. There has been no time for the Internet since her return as our every waking hour has been spent together, healing, and communicating. I received so much encouragement from Rejoice Ministries. I came often to this site and the Charlyne Care's emails were absolutely a daily help." (Arkansas)
"I work in a nursing facility and had to work on Mother's Day. On the way home from work I say a Covenant Transport truck. I just started smiling and praising God for showing me this sign." (Missouri)
"With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and much grace was upon them all." Acts 4:33
“I spent time praying for God to show me a sign regarding His will on me filing for child support. Needless to say, God's hand is on all. He moved (husband) to deposit money into my checking account today. When he called this morning to tell me he was going to the bank, I prayed that it wouldn't be another let down, and it wasn't.” (Florida)
"I don't normally ask God for signs. I pray and just look for them. I was stopped at a light and feeling under attack by the enemy. I asked God for a sign of my wife's return. At that very moment a car pulled up ahead of me on the right. The car’s license plate had our initials in order. God is at work." (Georgia)
“My husband called to talk with the kids. My son said his daddy wanted me. I got the phone. He started telling me his plans to give our son a birthday party. I was so surprised that he was inviting me. He said he was on the way to our house to bring the invitations. I know God's hand is in this. Praise the Lord.” (South Carolina)
"When I ask my young sons what they want to pray for, they always say, 'Mommy being safe and Mommy coming home.' I began to read and understand Charlyne's messages about our prodigals being under Satan's attack. My wife definitely needed protection, and my boys understood that even before I did. Now I pray everyday to put the armor of God upon my family, especially my wife, so that we all can take a stand against the devil's scheme. Thank You, Lord, for speaking to me through the hearts of my little children." (Indiana)
"Today I was served with divorce papers at work. After I left for the day, I asked God for just one more sign. Our God is so good. No sooner had the prayer left my lips when I passed a truck stop. The truck closest to the road was a Covenant Transport truck. I know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that this divorce paperwork does not scare my Lord. He is in control. When I got home, God gave me Job 22:27; 'You will pray to him, and he will hear you, and you will fulfill your vows.' Praise Jesus." (Texas)
"Praise the Lord. For all this time, I doubted and did not believe that God would answer my praying. Friday I twisted my ankle and it really hurt. I prayed to God to asked Him to take away the pain. Next day my pain was healed. What a miracle. Even my spouse sent a message to me asking me how I felt. I never thought that my spouse cared about me after what he told me when he left. Now I see some changing in my spouse. Lord, thank You for answering my prayer. Nothing is impossible with God." (Malaysia)
"God is so good to me and my family. My prodigal spouse has been coming home more often and staying longer each time. Our family celebrated an early Christmas together. My spouse played Santa Claus for the younger grandchildren like he used to do. He sang and played a beautiful Christmas song with his guitar. He ended up attending church with us on Sunday morning. This was all so glorious. I know that God will soon reveal Himself to my spouse in a way that is real, personal and undeniable. I have prayed for his soul for a very long time and I feel God working around him and around us. Thank You God." (California)
"I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them."Matthew 18:18-20
Thank You, Jesus for strength and hope. My children and I were blessed to spend Father's Day with our Papasito. God has softened my prodigal’s heart to spend time with his family on Father's Day. Glory to God, the Victory is His." (California)
"Recently I was involved in a serious car accident and miraculously our Lord saved me from any harm. What Satan meant for bad, God has turned to good. My mother-in-law was so upset by what happened that she has given me the money to buy a car to replace the one that was totaled. I would never have been able to buy a car, (the old one was very old and rusty) but the new one is exactly what I would have dreamt of owning and the number plate happens to have the letters 'GOD' in it, with a 'X' (kiss) from Our Lord! This is more than I ever thought possible. God is so good." (England)
"While talking to my prodigal today concerning a family matter, a Covenant Transport truck passed me. I was upset about something my prodigal said to me and during work I kept seeing the word covenant. Thank You Lord for showing me You are restoring our marriage." (Georgia) Read about standers and Covenant Transport trucks from- http://rejoiceministries.org/covenant_transport.php

"Praise the Living Lord, my husband is home! Thank you for your uplifting messages and insight into the prodigal mind. He is now home and leading our family in worship and God has turned him into a mighty man of God. God is faithful." (Texas)
"A very special friend of mine, who is also a stander, has been through testing and praise the Lord, the doctors could find no mass like they had originally thought. Also, my brother-in-law had tests done today and praise the Lord again, nothing was found. God is so good and He does answer prayers. (South Carolina)
"Some time ago, I received the pamphlets, 'When Your Spouse Walks Out.' I set them aside, knowing that when the time came, I would know. The time came and I gave one to my friend for someone. Then opportunity came for me to share how my marriage was in the restoration process and some of the things God has taught me through it all. I have also come into contact with another person who I will be passing a pamphlet to. How thankful I am that God put it upon my heart to send for them and to have them when He sent His daughters into my path. How thankful I am to be able to witness not from head knowledge but from the heart." (Missouri)
