So Abraham called that place The LORD Will Provide. And to this day it is said, "On the mountain of the LORD it will be provided."  Genesis 22:14

But I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love; for you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble. O my Strength, I sing praise to you; you, O God, are my fortress, my loving God.  Psalm 59:16-17

“I just had to share what a burden has been lifted from me after reading ‘How Does the Other Person Have Such Control Over My Spouse?’ God spoke to me through this devotional. I am worthy in Christ. I can now stop focusing on what I thought I was lacking and focus on praying for each of their eyes to be opened to the Truth. I am no longer buried under the lie of punishing myself for things beyond my control. I have been given a new perspective and all glory to God. I thank Him that He brings good even out of bad situations and uses everything for His purpose. God will fulfill His promises; we need to be still and know that He is God.”  (Maryland)

“The daily devotionals I have been receiving have helped me focus on God while my husband was battling inner turmoil and his attraction to another woman. I learned how to love him unconditionally and stood by him in spite of it all. He has now recommitted to our marriage and has made the decision to love me. Praise the Lord!”  (California)

“I prayed and asked God for a sign. Within moments my husband emailed me, we met, and he hugged me tightly when we were done. I have prayed, even when to weak pray, and given my husband to God, seeking his eyes to open, salvation, then restoration. Praise God for softening his heart and reaching out to his wife and children. God has placed a hedge of thorns that is opening his eyes. Praise God He has shown me the signs to stand, just as Charlyne said. The scriptures from Daniel and the Psalms leaped out at me. PTL!  He is moving the mountain.”  (Florida)

"My wife and I were re-married in August and we are on our way to a restored marriage. Thanks for all of your help and encouragement. There have been a few bumps but I'm so positive we will make it this time. I continue to read Charlyne Cares every day. Nothing is impossible!" (Texas)

"My husband called to ask if he could spend the day with our daughter. I agreed. While we were waiting for her to get ready, praise God, my husband and I had an opportunity to talk. He ended up staying many hours. We talked, had lunch and went together to our daughter's tryouts. My daughter had her dad ask her if I had a boyfriend and how she would feel if we got back together. Thanks to Bob, I now know my husband is testing the waters. Thank you for helping me understand what is happening." (Delaware)

“God's awesome power and faithfulness is amazing. After the third false start toward home in the past five months, I sent my ex a message that said I loved him, would pray for him until the day I died, and I believed that God was going to restore our marriage and make it more beautiful than it ever was. I told him I couldn't shake that belief no matter how hard I have tried. Amazingly he responded the next day with ‘I feel the same way.’ I was shocked. This is the first time he has admitted we will remarry. It has been a long two years and Satan has been attacking strongly since I had a praying through experience. I am not sure how much longer until it manifests in the natural, but ‘it is finished’ in the spiritual!”  (Indiana)

“Growing up in Oklahoma I remember a statue of a determined pioneer woman walking with a Bible in one hand and holding the hand of her young son with the other. As they walk he is looking up at her, watching. My grandmother and mother had that same pioneer strength and it shaped the type of woman I wanted to grow into as a young girl. I did not know about their Christian beliefs as their generation did not seem to talk about their faith, they lived it. My grandmother and mother have both lived their faith by helping me and my daughters financially through this difficult time in our lives. And I have been able to pass that help on to my daughters by providing money for college, a car, etc. My oldest daughter who is now a single mother living in my home told me just the other day that my faith and beliefs are THE driving factor in my life, everything I do comes from them and she respects me for it. We live in a rural area of California and it is sometimes difficult for women to live here alone but it is here God has put me and continues to help me and my daughters to thrive. I Praise God this Mother's Day for the pioneer spirit that I received from my mother and grandmother and am now able to pass on to my daughters and my granddaughter.”  Happy Mother's Day.(California)

“I want to praise the Lord today and thank Him. I have never been very good at talking to people about my stand for my marriage. I was privileged on Sunday to speak to another lady who is also standing for her marriage. I was able to give her some encouragement she needed. I prayed for the Lord to help me know what to say. Thank You Lord. He will give you the words when you ask.”  (Illinois)

And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19

“God works in awesome ways. Months ago, I was reading a Christian book, and was not thinking on my husband and the OW at all, then I listened to a little small voice that said, ‘It´s not love, it´s a spell.’ ( We know, Satan’s lies work like a spell.) I knew it was God. I was with my  kids in a musical, and I was remembering those words, and there was a scene just like my life. One of the characters sang, ‘Come into the light, leave the darkness.’ and the man did. I know the Lord is breaking all the spells and lies from Satan; He´s bringing into light all our prodigals. So don’t give up praying. The prayers in Jesus’ name break all spells!”  (Germany)

"The enemy has tried to discourage me with threats of cancer and the possible moving of my job offshore, but the Lord turned all of that back this week. I was blessed to get a call from my prodigal and to be able to testify to him all about it. I had been too busy praying for my husband, children and others to pray for myself when these threats came. God covered me out of faithfulness to His plans for us." (Illinois)

“After 12 years of separation my wife has told our children that she would pack her bags and leave the other person today but has nowhere to go. My wife knows that my door has always remained open for her. The kids are planning for all of us to spend Christmas together, the first time in 13 years.”  (United Kingdom)

"My husband and I really have not had much communication in months. Last weekend he came by for our boys and told me I looked nice. He asked my son how I was doing. Praise God." (New Mexico)

"On the surface nothing has changed, but through the Rhema Word of God I know my husband is coming home. He came by and I was at peace. We had a nice visit and he stayed longer and longer. He inquired about my health and told me about his problems. I know in my heart and through the Word my husband is coming home." (Louisiana)

“Dear standers, Praise be to our King Jesus. I'm in awe of God's preciseness and faithfulness in the way he handles issues. Another court hearing was adjourned. I had thought that surely by now this war would be over, and my marriage on the road of restoration but God has made it clear that I should wait for His perfect time. If you’re out there wondering when God will come through....the good news is that He has already come through. (Daniel10:12) Only persist in prayer and patience and wait for your appointed time. Allow God to do a complete work in you and your prodigal spouse/child. It will be worth the wait. (Ecclesiates3:11). You shall come forth as gold. (Job23:10)”  (Uganda)

"After months of not talking to my husband he called last week and wanted to meet me to give me the rest of my belongings. Yesterday he asked instead of just doing an exchange, if we could have dinner. I see God is softening my husband’s heart. I praise God for how He is working on my behalf."  (Pennsylvania)

"My husband moved across the country. I have virtually no contact with him. But, I have continued to fast, pray and stay close to God. Last Monday my husband called me out of the blue, asking about me, the kids, our church and others. He will be coming back to our area next month. He also called his Mother on Mother's Day, as he had not spoken to her since he left either. I know God is working." (Indiana)

"God has been faithful to me in 2008. I have maintained employment with my company and we have increased and added more staff. My children and I are well. We are all saved. In my church body, we continue to draw close to our Lord, and to each other. I have a vehicle, as do my children. We have food and shelter. God has been faithful to my family and I thank You Lord, for all Your blessings." (Ohio)

It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect. He makes my feet like the feet of a deer; he enables me to stand on the heights.  Psalm 18:32

My husband has been back home for now some years and the Lord continues to bless us. Even if it was a really painful season, I am grateful because God changed me. Our life is different. God is faithful.”  (Florida)

“This praise report is about how God can suddenly turn around a situation. For almost a year I had been trying to get a job which was being blocked by the HR director. One Friday I received an e-mail that she was retiring and within three days I was offered the position. That was my ‘suddenly’. I could not believe how quickly everything turned around. That this could happen has helped to strengthen my faith that God will turn around my marriage situation and it could happen very quickly. All things are possible with God.”  (Jamaica)

“I have so many things in my life that have happened very quickly and I know the good Lord was helping me the whole time. I recently moved half way across the country for a better job. My ex found out and called me just to check on me. PTL! On top of that, he told me his girlfriend broke up with him because she went to church and felt like the preacher was talking to her. I know God had His hand in this. The grand finale? My prodigal said he's turning over a new leaf and he's going to church! I'm so excited because I know the Lord Almighty is working on his heart and mind. Don't ever stop believing; anything is possible with God!”  (Iowa)

“On Christmas Day we usually go to my husband's family. This year my husband wanted to take the other woman. I prayed to God that He would prevent it, but He allowed it. Because I lost my daughter a month ago, I felt too weak for this meeting and canceled it. In the evening my husband called and said that he not only missed my daughter on that special day, but also me. Tomorrow he wanted to go with the other woman on vacation. I prayed to God that He would prevent it and speak to my spouse. Later my husband called and told me that he has canceled the trip because he no longer knows where he belongs. My favorite verses are Isaiah 55:8-11. I am fulfilled with God's love.”  (Germany)

“‘Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding in all your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your paths’ (Proverbs 3:5-6) Praise the Lord that I totally believe that He has this assignment for me. I had a dream last night that I was on my way home from work and I saw a Rejoice Marriage Ministries Billboard by the train station where I park my car. I was totally amazed because I know I have never seen a Rejoice Marriage Billboard here in New Zealand. That is confirmation from God to keep on standing and my marriage is on its way to restoration. Praise the Lord, all the glory to Him for He will never leave us nor forsake us. Thank you, Charlyne for encouraging us to keep on standing for our marriage and believe that our God is greater and mighty. I will continue to stand for my assignment from God until the day my family will be reunited again.” (New Zealand)

This is what the Lord says: "Restrain your voice from weeping and your eyes from tears, for your work will be rewarded," declares the Lord. "They will return from the land of the enemy."  Jeremiah 31:16

“This was our first Christmas without my husband, but though he did not come home for Christmas, yet JESUS was there with us all the time. My greatest gift and the confirmation that our LORD is busy was the good news I heard from my sister and her husband: Their son, who had left home when he was 25, came home for Christmas after 10 years of no contact. I had been praying for them frequently and believed that wherever he was GOD could touch him. Now I have the first prodigal in our family coming home and I pray that this miracle and my testimony of standing for my marriage will bring my extended family to CHRIST as their personal Savior. For prodigals will remain prodigals until they repent from their sins and come to the Father’s house. That is why first of all we should be praying for the salvation of prodigals so that the Holy Spirit can do His work in them. Keep praying and standing. GOD is faithful.”  (Germany)

I will strengthen them in the Lord and in his name they will walk,” declares the Lord. Zechariah 10:12

"With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God." Mark 10:27

"I had prayed fervently for a miracle leading up to Easter weekend. I listened to Bob say the prodigals would be thinking about us but figured my spouse would not be. He was in another state and our kids were visiting him. He called me Sunday night sobbing uncontrollably saying he was so sorry I was home alone on Easter and that he wanted me to know he was thinking about me. It was very moving. My mom later told me she had prayed for God to give me a sign he was changing my husband's heart since I had been having a hard time this weekend. God is great. Because He lives I can face tomorrow." (Illinois)

"This week I helped my adult daughter move out and organize her new home. As I returned to my empty house The Accuser (Satan) tried to trick me into believing that I had not appreciated her while we lived together. By God's grace I recognized what was happening. Then I heard The Encourager (Jesus) reassure me that I did, and do, appreciate her." (United Kingdom)

“My husband is not home YET, but we are talking multiple times a day and he is coming over daily now! He has apologized for the OW and has cut off all ties with her - even blocking her number. He says he loves me and wants our marriage to work. With God's help we are going to rebuild and it will be stronger than before! OUR GOD IS SO GOOD!”  (Indiana)

“PTL! I was feeling down and read the devotional about waiting for God’s appointed time in the book of Habakkuk. On Sunday, our pastor taught on waiting for God’s appointed time as Sarah waited and in God’s time she conceived Isaac. This was a sign that God is just waiting for the clock to strike. Standers, let’s be strong and never give up. Let our Lord find us standing.”  (Kenya)

But it is the spiritb]"> in a man, the breath of the Almighty, that gives him understanding.  Job 32:8

“Standing for my marriage has brought miracles I least planned for. As I began my stand, my young son joined me in prayer and prays for his prodigal father even in his own personal devotional time. He is so committed to reading his children's devotionals from Charlyne Cares for Kid's. It never crossed my mind that he had committed his life to Christ at such a young age. Praise the Lord, he got baptized over the weekend and it was a joyous occasion sitting with my prodigal in church on this event. We witnessed another father who had left the Lord being baptized again and giving his testimony. When my prodigal left, I knew and believed the Holy Spirit was working on him. An hour later he called expressing how touched he was being part of that wonderful divine event and that he was proud I was raising our son in the right direction. I told him he is much loved. PTL! The Lord's hand is working and restoration is already there. We serve a risen Savior, Christ our Lord who has already stepped in!”  (United Kingdom)

"My wife came to pack some of her things to move into her new house. We spent the whole weekend together and I have been staying with her for several days. She misses me. Praise God." (Texas)

"My husband is coming home. I believe in the power of God. This is a miracle. I had no idea that he had made up his mind to return home. Once he is here, I'm going to keep on praying, because God is true to His Word. I'm not asking any questions, who, what, when, where, why or how it happened. God has spoken." (Michigan)

"I want to thank God for leading me to your ministry when I thought all had failed and there was no hope. I have been standing for my marriage and trusting God for healing and restoration. My wife visited last week and, although she comes and goes, I will be standing and waiting on God's perfect timing and promise."  (South Africa)

“My husband was rude to me when he called to talk on the phone to the kids. He had been communicating very well and we had been growing closer. This sudden switch hurt a lot but I took it before the Lord honestly, asking for Him to heal me and help me. My husband has since apologized twice for being rude to me. 'Zip the lips.' I am learning. Pour your heart before the Lord. My suddenly will be soon, I know it. Trust Jesus.” (Guatemala)

“I have to give God the glory for all of the amazing things He is doing. He has opened my eyes to the many ways He has provided for my kids and me. It’s amazing how He has changed my focus from how difficult things are, to His endless mercy, grace and love. Because of Isaiah 40:28-31, it seems the more that I praise Him, the more I can see Him moving. I'm waiting in eager anticipation for what He has next!” (New Jersey)

"After having been gone from home for a while, my husband is now giving me signs of hope. I prayed to God to help me find joy, I have renewed joy in my heart. Praise God." (Michigan)

"I have heard God’s voice through the Bible. This time He spoke to me through Bob’s book, 'Pulpits in the Marketplace.' One of the characters said, 'Don't worry, if that is God's will, He will make a way.' Where God spoke was that this sentence was divided between pages. Right on the top of page 81 it reads, 'is God's will, He will make a way.' It came to me. Marriage reconciliation is His will." (Maryland)

"I want to praise our wonderful Lord for everything He has done this week in my life. My husband came to see his daughter after months of no contact. He told me about several things which are specifics I had been praying for God to do in my husband’s life. I was so amazed I could not stop from crying. Our Lord answers even the tiny details of our prayers. We are still separated but I know God is working in us. Thank You, Lord." (Switzerland)

“Last week was the anniversary of the day my covenant wife and I met. I've been praying about how to honor the day...send flowers etc, but didn't want to cause unnecessary stress for my covenant spouse (she desires no contact). The Lord answered my prayers by having my covenant wife ask me to watch one of our sick children, so I was able to spend extra time with all of my kids as well as see my beautiful prodigal. All honor and power and glory is God's. Keep standing. This will all be used for God's glory.” (Texas)

“I just want to thank RMM for their encouragement. My husband and I have been on a rocky road of separation with virtually no communication for a long time. We have survived one unsuccessful divorce attempt that he started and did not complete. Although I still have many weak and doubtful moments about this stand, every time I seem determined to quit some ‘coincidence’ reminds me of how powerful Jehovah is and restores my faith for awhile longer. I pray for strength and continued faith in Him until we all reach our suddenly events.” (Texas)

“Seeing God work is so amazing, there are no coincidences with God. Charlyne asked once in a devotional how did you find RMM? When I think that I found a RMM tract tucked away in a drawer just when I needed it, all I can say is that God is amazing. Every time I try to give up on standing for my marriage I hear from the LORD through His Word, and when I see my small prayers answered I praise my LORD. I have committed to memorizing more of God's Word this year and I have started with Habakkuk 3:17-18, 'Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the LORD,I will be joyful in God my Savior.'God is good always, in all ways God is good.”  (California)

“Praise God for He is awesome! It has been a very, very dark valley as of late. I have been crying out to God and fasting and it seemed God remained silent… but GOD! He has given me not just one sign of His promise, but several. Praise His glorious name! Standers, remember when God seems silent, He wants us to trust Him even more and HE will ANSWER! Keep standing and trusting God! Thank You Lord, for You are good and Your love never fails!”  (Florida)

“Stay on task! I began my stand as a former prodigal. I hurt my wife so badly that she would not speak to me. She mocked and ridiculed me for my stand and I marched onward. However, my lack of faith caused me to give up and begin dating like she had done. Then my ‘all of a sudden’ happened. She called one afternoon and told me that God had given her the same vision regarding our marriage and that she wanted to rebuild. She had known I had been dating as she had but when she learned I had contact with the woman from my past that caused her so much pain she freaked. In ten short days, things have deteriorated so badly that she refuses to talk to me. Standers: Please remain faithful.”  (Florida)

“Praise be to God that in the midst of all opposition I know He is faithful. I have been standing for some time now. It looked like we were getting there and I was very happy and hopeful until the lawyers knocked on my door with divorce papers. But I encouraged myself in the Lord because many are the plans of man but the Lord’s counsel shall stand. Glory to you King of Kings.”  (Botswana)
