There’s nothing better than being wise, knowing how to interpret the meaning of life. Wisdom puts light in the eyes, and gives gentleness to words and manners. Do what your king commands; you gave a sacred oath of obedience. Don’t worryingly second-guess your orders or try to back out when the task is unpleasant. You’re serving his pleasure, not yours. The king has the last word. Who dares say to him, “What are you doing?” Carrying out orders won’t hurt you a bit; the wise person obeys promptly and accurately. Yes, there’s a right time and way for everything, even though, unfortunately, we miss it for the most part. Ecclesiastes 8:1-6 (The Message)
How often do you say, “I am too busy to _____?” I went to a conference and during it, I commented to Lori, “I can’t believe how great this conference is. We should have come sooner.” Lori said, “Mom, I told you about it, but you said you were too busy.”
How many times has the Lord given you a teachable moment? The Lord spoke to me gently, “You just keep looking at your schedule; instead, you should have asked Me.” I felt like the Lord told me: I will redeem your time by going forward, not looking back, and regretting something you cannot fix. Praise the Lord! He is faithful to all His children.
Therefore He says: “Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, And Christ will give you light.” See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is. And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, submitting to one another in the fear of God. Ephesians 5:14-21 (NKJV) (emphasis mine)
Are you too busy to pray to the One who created you and sent His only Son to die for all your sins and gave you eternal life?
Are you too busy to read the Word of God and spend time with the Lord?
Are you too busy to fight for your marriage to be restored by the power of the Holy Spirit?
Are you too busy to listen to your spouse with your spiritual ears when they contact you, asking the Holy Spirit how to answer?
Are you too busy to listen to your children when you come home from work or when they have been trying to get your attention several times?
Are you too busy to do something fun with the children/grandchildren, like playing a game, going outdoors, or taking them to the park?
Are you too busy to pick up your phone and check in on your parents or loved ones frequently?
Are you too busy to go to lunch with a friend who wants to see you?
Are you too busy to share the Gospel with someone you know who needs God’s divine help?
Are you too busy to share about marriage restoration with someone you know who is having marriage problems or is separated or going through a divorce?
Are you too busy to go to church?
Are you too busy to volunteer and do something for the Lord in your church?
These questions are not to make you feel guilty. I want you to realize how the enemy can speak lies to us that we are too busy to do things that we know we should be doing. The enemy is trying to steal, kill and destroy your relationship with the Lord, your family, your church, and the list goes on.
Are you too busy to _____?
I often hear the phrase, we all have twenty-four hours a day, and how we use them is up to us.
God is never too busy for you. The Holy Spirit wants to transform your life. You may not see your spouse’s heart changing, but never doubt the power of God! Are you walking in faith?
Do you feel the enemy telling you to give up on your spouse? Don’t give up! Pull out your journal and reread all the promises the Lord has given you through your stand. The enemy is trying to attack your faith and standing for the restoration of your marriage.
God’s timing for the restoration of your marriage and for your spouse’s heart to be transformed is perfect. Do not be too busy to welcome them home, and make time to start rebuilding your marriage! Stop doubting and believe!

Busy-ness is one of the enemy’s best weapons. Once we recognize this, the power of busy-ness lessens. Thank you, Father, for helping keep our eyes on You and not our circumstances at this time. You are BUSY on our behalf. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
I love you Charlyne , you are an example for us to never give up and to stand faithfulness to trust on God and trust on Jesus by the power Holy Spirit.
I do believe we all as standers we continue to walk by faith and victory every day with authority that God has given to us by speaking God words and praising God for all what He has done for everyone of us and He will do it again for us. Praise God! God can do anything for every promise from God shall surely come true .
