Can you imagine your prodigal being transformed and being the one who wants to pray and stand for marriage restoration? It is not uncommon.
In this episode, DeAnn shares her journey from being a prodigal to becoming the one standing for her marriage. At one time, she wanted to end her marriage. When God showed her His will for marriage, her husband had already moved on. DeAnn’s testimony will show you that nothing is impossible with God!
Lord Jesus, that’s how I feel. But I didn’t divorce my husband he divorced me. I tried to date but wasn’t comfortable. I felt that God was telling me no that’s not your husband. I would love to speak to you DeAnne.
The Lord is so faithful to speak to you. We will be praying as you continue to seek God’s will in your life. Thanks for sharing your story.
Wow! I am only a few minutes in and DeAnn’s testimony, as it always does, resonates with me! These are always such a blessing. Thank you, DeAnn, for your honesty and vulnerability and thank you, RMM, for your faithfulness! Mostly, all thanks to God.
Thank you for your kind words. What a blessing that the Lord is using this testimony to encourage you. We will be praying for your situation.

I know it was a long journey for her and I am thankful for your story cuz I too have been apart for 16 years. I am so thankful our God never gives up on us. I love your ministry thanks for all you do!!!

What a beautiful testimony! Really encouraged me. God bless your marriage and family. Thank you for sharing all this with us.
Amen! Happy to hear it was an encouragement to you.
How many years were they apart from the time they divorced until they married again? I had difficulty keeping up with the timeline of their story. A friend sent the link to this testimony to me. I was a prodigal but I’ve been standing for my covenant marriage since 2013, after exiting a 3-year adulterous remarriage. God has done amazing things this year between me and my husband. We are finally friends now after being apart since December 2007, but he says he doesn’t want to be married. At times I almost cried tears of joy while listening to this podcast and felt like the Lord was saying to me, “THIS is going to be your story, too”. So many things that were said are exactly what’s been going on with my marriage, especially recently.
Thanks for sharing your story, Cheryl. What a blessing your friend shared this with you. DeAnn and her husband were apart for over 13 years. Your story resembles the journey Luz and Fabian were on. After Fabian left, Luz stood for restoration and then gave up and remarried. God impacted her, and she realized she was wrong for entering that marriage. You can hear their restoration testimony on our website. Just search Luz and Fabian. You will be blessed! What a blessing the Lord is beginning to open the doors in your relationship. Nothing is impossible! Jeremiah 32:27
I have heard DeAnn’s testimony before & it is always a blessing! It’s a good reminder that even after 11+ years there is still hope in the salvation of my husband & the restoration of my marriage. Thank you DeAnn & Rejoice Marriage Ministries!
There’s a difference between respecting your husband and agreeing with right direction and decisions and accepting abuse and incorrect direction and orders. Christ is the head of each, man and woman. I’ve seen too many women give up personal responsibility and husbands abuse greatly, their position.
Thank you DeeAnn. I’ve heard your story and shared your story with others. We defeat the enemy by the blood of the Lamb and the word of testimony. Gods work in talk is testimony of His faithfulness, mercy, forgiveness. I’m still praying every day for 6+ years for reconciliation and trusting God is changing me, too. I missed your dreams in the past. I’ve had dreams for 2 yrs that he’s coming home. Resting and waiting on the Lord. Not always easy. But always best.
Lord hear my prayer. You know what I am facing with my in home prodigal and how hard it has been for so many years… I so want to have a testimony one day. For Your Glory Lord.. beautiful prayer DeAnn..
