Life is full of changes, and marriage is no exception. As we go through different seasons, some triggers can disrupt a relationship. We want to help you learn how to grow as a Christian and support your spouse. One area where women need support is through the changes that come with peri-menopause and mid-life changes.
In this episode, we’re joined by Danna Demetre, a nurse, health coach, fitness professional, and author who has spent years helping others live with health and purpose. We discuss the challenges that come with life’s transitions, from shifting health and energy levels to personality changes.
This episode is for both men and women of all ages. Men, you will learn how to support and care for your spouse through hormonal changes, and women will gain valuable insight on how to prepare both their body and mind for this journey.
Danna shares biblical encouragement and practical wisdom for standing by your spouse, no matter what season of life you’re in.

Need to address men in midlife crisis as most after 50 men are filing for divorce, not women. Us women have been devastated when our husbands turn our lives upside down destroying our families.
We understand how heartbreaking this is, Kim. We are praying for your husband and for God to move in your situation.
I totally agree with Kim, midlife crises and men turning to woman half their age is busy happening to me, its heartbreaking that my marriahe of 18years is busy falling apart bc of ungodly men and woman friends and the enemy is getting a bigger part day by day. My husband is moving further and further away💔ðŸ˜
I also agree with Kim. I understand women going through perimenopause and menopause and dealing with the changes that they have to, but the discussion about men and the changes they go through is never addressed. My husband walked out on me 11 years ago and divorced me six years ago. I am still standing, praying & looking towards God to heal my marriage! I am glad that you had the discussion about women changing, but the subject of men and the changes they go through need to be addressed because even though I’m divorced, my husband still lives at home & he is a totally different person than the man I married and he’s 65 now and I’ve noticed this easily for 15 years.
