I am really inspired by this story. My divorce hearing is scheduled for May 27, 2022 at 10:15 am. I am yet still believing the Lord for restoration. Please pray with me that God changes the plan of the enemy and give me the strength to continue waiting on His PERFECT will to be done.
After 5 years of trying to stop a divorce, I have fallen discourged. I haven’t even been praying for my husband. Our son just turned 18 and they are estranged. He has posted on social media he’s engaged to marry another woman who has a couple of children he can step-parent. I had given up praying, even though God spoke to me and said, “trust the time away,” in December of 2017. This testimony made me realize I need to get back on my knees and pray for my husband to come to know Jesus and give his life to God. No matter what the court does, we are still married and it’s my duty to pray for him as his wife.
Ohh I think my husband married the other person he had a baby girl and there is a now a baby boy don’t know whose his father is, I don’t know how to be with him I could stop the divorce and the kids going to them for 3 years, but now the kids saw the other persons and the babies I pray and fast there s a new meeting to discuss whether the kids could go to sleep there, it has been for me the most painful moment when my husband took my 7 and 10 years old kids to the ow and the kids. My life was great and the lord was taking care of us, but why this Now? And I still don’t know.. How to deal with this.
It’s amazing how I am finding the difference in my heart position between standing before and after divorce. For the past 7 years, I was standing for my marriage while in separation and somehow it gave me so much hope. My faith has been tested a few days ago when I now had to sign the divorce papers after total surrender. My husband gave me the papers in December 2023 and I only signed on Friday the 9th of May 2025. It feels like I have “nothing” to hold on to and it was so scary. I am still grieving, hence i am back here to losten to this testimony. However, I let it go and gave my husband what he wanted. I never thought I could stand after divorce, but here I am. I have listened to this testimony many times before experiencing divorce and today the testimony was so real after signing those papers. May the Lord help us to never give up. Thanks for the testimony and for this ministry. I pray that I will one day give an offering to this ministry. God bless you all.
