Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today.” Exodus 14:13
I was 900 miles away from my marital home for many months, blocked by my husband on his phone for a couple of months, there were nasty emails and the divorce went through. Yet God made a way a few months ago to have me come back to our marital home and spend a day with my husband. A day filled with laughter, conversations, lunch and dinner, and a hug, when he stopped by home during his travel.
While I was in another state, I always wondered how my tiny garden was doing in my marital home, amidst day and night prayer for my husband’s salvation. All my backyard cameras there had died. Due to his traveling job, my husband could not charge them on time.
God made a way to have me relocate from Egypt to Israel (my marital home). Exodus happened.
Today, looking at this ‘tiny bell pepper’ gift from my marital home garden, made me think how God is working on my husband’s heart too. The Fruit of the Spirit is spreading wide in our lives, marriages, gardens, and all relationships too.
One day, while I was deciding whether I should move back to the marital home, I asked the Father what is His plan for my move back to my marital home? He gave me Philemon 1:22. And one thing more: Prepare a guest room for me, because I hope to be restored to you in answer to your prayers. I moved back to our marital home. Just one week after I moved back, my husband stopped by at his home to grab his mail and rested in his ‘guest room’ that I decorated for him.
I am praying for my husband’s full return to our marital home, our marriage, and most importantly to our Father!
Love You, Jehovah Jireh, our Provider! Love You, Jehovah Rapha, our Healer! In His time and grace, He will restore us fully!
God bless,
