Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song. For the Lord is the great God, the great King above all gods. In his hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to him. Today is a new day! Will you sing with joy, praise, thanksgiving, and love from a willing and repentant heart?
I am praying for all the hurting families worldwide who are going through marriage problems, separation, or divorce. Pray for the children who are wounded and angry with their estranged parents. Pray that the Lord will protect your children’s innocence and that they will know right from wrong.
Will you join us in praying that all churches will proclaim God’s Word with boldness, truth, and righteousness this weekend? Pray that your pastor will speak God’s truth about living in sin and repentance.
God created each of us to have a personal relationship with Him. May many prodigal husbands and wives bow their heads and bend their knees as they turn their hearts to the Lord and back home to their waiting spouses and family! I pray that you will learn to enjoy spending time with the Lord daily as you worship, pray, and read the Word.
Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples. For great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; he is to be feared above all gods. Psalm 96:3-4
Allow the Lord to be your strength. Today, ask the Lord to give you back the song you used to have in your heart. Ask the Holy Spirit to speak to your spouse’s heart and melt your mountain of circumstances like wax. Worship and praise God, who sent His only Son to earth to save the lost from all their sins.
Never doubt what the Lord is doing on the other side of your mountain. When you are hurting or your heart is broken in two, know that your singing is a sacrifice of praise. Thank the Lord in advance that He is breaking the chains of adultery, alcohol, drugs, or pornography in your spouse and other prodigal husbands and wives around the world. Praise His Holy Name! The Lord is setting spouses free!
